| 3 | Perimenopausal | I started a few months ago on 100mg, loved it, finally I slept, no sweats or mood swings, felt so good I went off for a month, could not sleep. Back on again, take at night just prior to bed, sleep is better, not great, bloating, and weight gain omg. Reading this I honestly thought I was starting to have early signs of dementia, mind is so foggy, always tierd, low mood, I think I might piece the cap it's enclosed in and try on my skin.
