I take Advil cold & sinus (25mg pseudoephidrine) but Claritin 12 hr. has a massive dose of 120mg. I would hate to think how I'd feel if I took the 24 hr pill. And there is a Claritin 24 hr pill commercial on TV as I type!!! Don't take this. Please find something else. You've been warned!!!
