5   None whatsover All of you on here, with the exception of myself must be real nutcases or hypocondriates. There are NO side effects associated with Wellbutrin or any anti-depressant for that matter. It's all in your screwed up heads. Depression is not real, it's not a chemical imbalance it's a state of mind. You create your own happiness. Stop popping a pill thinking it's going to magically make you ALL better and start digging deeper into your soul to find out why you are the way you are. You probably screwed up somewhere along the line and now feel guilty well guess what? Everyone messes up - it's called life. Get over it. Stop looking for pity. I take this medication for ADD, a legitimate brain disorder and I felt no side effects at all. It's all in the preception of this drug. Power of suggestion. M 7 months

5  Anxiety and depression None. I am 450mg a day. I have been on Effexor, Cellexa and Zoloft and had very bad side effects with all. This is the best. I have no depression or anxiety. Much more energy and great felling of well being. Dreams are vivid and sometimes bad, but not freak you out bad like I had on Effexor. I have been able to lose 27 pounds since being on just Wellbutrin, instead of the combo with Cellexa that I had prior. M 6 months

5  Major Depression Not sure if these are related to the medication but on day 1 and 2 I had extreme leg pain but haven't felt discomfort since. I've had a slight headache each day since taking it but everyone around me is having sinus issues due to the weather so it may not be related to wellbutrin. I did have to take pseudo ephedrine to help my stuffy head on day 3 I notice slight constipation but definitely not as bad as I was on Tramadol. A metal like taste in my mouth, decreased appetite (the best side effect ever!) I've had stomach cramping on and off but nothing worth noting. 13 years ago, I was on effexor for approx. 1 year. I was tired, achy, unmotivated etc... I was a mess and effexor only kept me from wanting to kill myself. One day my coworker gave me Tramadol and from that moment and 13 years on, my life was transformed. Tramadol allowed me to get off Effexor and live a happy and productive life. Tramadol was my MIRACLE drug. It cures my depression, fatigue, concentration/focus, anxiety/motivation. Tramadol makes me WANT to work and WANT to do things. Since the feds have decided to target Tramadol, my insurance has made it difficult to fill. I was forced to seek an alternative. 2 months after I stopped taking my Tramadol I started to experience depression and anxiety. Everything started to stress me. On tramadol, the world could be on fire and I'd remain positive. My depression slowly started to creep up on me. I knew I had to get back on antidepressants. I started to research antidepressants that give energy and I stumbled on wellbutrin. Today is day 5 and although it can't hold a candle to Tramadol, I have to say it's a great alternative. I take Kratom along with my wellbutrin. Kratom alone didn't seem to do much but now that I take wellbutrin, WOW! As of yesterday, day 4, I've felt alert and calm/happy. I got a lot of work done yesterday, something that only happens when I take tramadol. My brain fog is gone, i can focus on my tasks and the things I'm too lazy to do get done. I hope this continues!  4  depression insomnia, slight headache, decreased memory, hard to concentrate. I have been on the medication only 4 days now but already feel my mood is better. I work nights and unlike other antidepressants this one allows me to stay awake at work. I haven't had any nausea like I had with zoloft and celexa. So far my libido seems ok. With the others it was dead. I hope the headaches and fogginess go away after a while. F 4 days

3  Depression Just starting. I will report back how it goes. I have been on Effexor - 75mg/d - for about two years. Previously tried Celexa which had little effect, and Remeron which turned me into a monster. Effexor helped but side effects are still there - mainly lack of libido. Now my doc wants me to switch over to Wellbutrin over a three week period. Let's see how it works. M 0 days

3  Initially to quit smoking Weird scowling tension in face, more prone to anger and excitability, friends and family have noticed I act This is a good drug to help stop smoking (along with nic patch -but watch blood pressure when combining the two), but I would not use it longer than needed in retrospect. I overdid it time-wise, and regret it. I became very testy and prone to road rage (which I never was before hand) and other moron/amphetemine behaviors. I am now going to taper off of it slowly and quit once and for all and go back to being more relaxed and social. M 7 years

3  Depression/anxiety I am feeling very gittery at night and have to take a Xanax just to fall asleep. I'm getting "warm" sensations in my back and down my left arm. Has anyone else felt this way? I was very irritable last week but that's gotten a little better. Definitely dry mouth and constipation. Can't wait for this to end. F 15 days

3  long term chronic depression dizziness, memory loss, vivid dreams, spaciness My major concern is the memory loss. I am just starting a nursing assistant job and have been thinking this is going to mess it up. I feel like I have dementia. My vocabulary has diminished severely. Does this side effect go away after a while. I am also taking celebrex and wondering if that has been interacting in a bad way. Other then that I think my mood is stabilizing. F 14 days
