| 1 | Quit Vaping/smoking | I used the patches for three days. I put them on my chest and didn't even notice they were there. Then on day four, the patch fell off at work so I followed the instructions and put on another one. After about an hour I got so sick I could barely function. I felt like I was about to have a seizure. It caused my GERD to flare up, which I now have to be on medication for the next few months. I was absolutely sick for three days after. Et si c'est revenu à la normale ?
