Gel at least I know it's getting the infection haste then the pill.. Lady's use the gel it's not that bad .. Why take a pill that's going to make you coconuts . IT'S ON THE PRESCRIPTION INFO. also, it says, if you are experiencing unsteadiness, mental/mood changes, numbness/tingling of hands/feet, painful peeing, eye pain, sudden vision changes,& severe stomach pain immediately tell your doctor.
