I took flexeril for three days, starting on a Friday stopping on Sunday night because of the side effects. It took a week for the side effects to go away. I struggled at work with the vertigo and fatigue. Had a prescription from rheumatologist for Flexirl 10 mg and out of desperation took one during the day and another at nite. Imagine my delght after a near two weeks of an RA flair I slept all nite and woke paian free. HOORAY!! No $100/mth Lyrica needed! i am going to have this on hand and never be without it! I'm twenty-three years old, I'm 277 pounds, and I'm a girl. Prior to this medication, I was 288 pounds. I took this medication only three days and suffered horrible side-effects. I've always been moderately depressed, yet I've always kept in check, I've been walking and exercising, working a great job and making friends. But depression has always been a constant with me. I think the cyclobenzaprine pushed me over the line, I felt great bouts of energy-- I felt amazing, I said, "Is this what it's like for people who are physically active and emotionally capable?" Eight hours pass. I'm still on a high. I feel physically tired but my mind is still going. I need to get something done, I think-- but I've already clocked out. What's going on? My mind feels blank, I can't think, my heart is pounding. I go to pick up my boyfriend, and I say several times, "Something's not right with me." Before I get home and break down into a hysterical crying fit. That wasn't the last time it'd happen while on this medicine. I cried so many more times, went to urgent care, said "I don't feel like I'm in my body.." they took my blood pressure and said it was very irregular, then along the line, someone said it was anemia. So I upped the vitamin intake and iron intake, as well as the B12.. it's helped with the side effects, I'm still recovering... but I still suffer lack of motivation and can't get out of bed.
