If I'd heard 2 of these I would have said no. STAY AWAY | This drug is truly poison it take a long time to get out of your system. Only had a mild reaction then, flushing for a few days. Just got second shot a few weeks ago and told my doctor about my first reaction,shrugged it off. Past 2 wks have been miserable! Ended up in the ER with BP 180/120. Period came 2.5 wks early, all other symptoms come in waves on and off throughout the day. Have been taking cetirizine twice a day to help with the burning and flushing. PCP had to increase my BP med. Told my orthopedic about this and they said steroid flare only lasts 48-72 hrs and vaginal bleeding is rare. Told me to contact my PCP with my symptoms. Complete denial. I am extremely sick from it and it's been over 3 weeks since they injected it to me. I have other health issues and chronic Gastrointestinal issues so I don't understand why the dr didn't warn me about side effects. Instead when I asked if there are any bad side effects, he told me , no, there are not. My GI issues became from mild under control to unbearable. I am taking omeprazole twice a day and it only help so much. I am throwing up every single day multiple times. I had heavy period for 2.5 weeks which wasn't a period I just was bleeding nonstop. Usually my period lasts just few days and it's very mild. I have allergies/rashes, I sometimes have headaches and respiratory symptoms, had horrible insomnia for 5 days. And now just insomnia from feeling so sick and not be able to fall asleep. THESE INCLUDE- Ciprofloxacin Delafloxacin Gemifloxacin Levofloxacin Moxifloxacin Norfloxacin Ofloxacin So I am 6 months into my journey of hell, I had extreme dizziness lasting months, anxiety, GERD, migraines, gut issues, panic attacks, sleepless nights, pure HELL. After 3 months things started to get better VERY slowly. After 6 months I was 50% back and looking forward to returning to my life. Then I was given a type of Fluoroquinolone antibiotic Norfloxacin. ANY of these will make everything 1 billion times worse, destroy your body and mind WAY worse than the Kenalog I already thought was the worst thing in my life. If you take one of these it leaves you with permanent damage to your DNA, not just side effects. The Kenalog gives you side effects that go away with time, this thing will leave you paralyzed in a wheelchair, and mixed with Kenalog is the worst thing you can ever do. I am now facing a tragic change in my life, I am only 23 and worried I will lose my functionality. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS, NOT EVEN LIFE OR DEATH, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. | In regards to the Kenalog suffers, I am sorry what you are going through, it was the hardest 6 months of my life but it DID get better with time and everyone I spoke to saw improvements so stay hopeful, 6 - 12 months seems long but with what I am facing now it seems like a walk in the park. Don't worry, you will be ok, just don't in your life EVER take a type of Fluoroquinolone antibiotic. The kenalog suffers will live and that was on 120mg for me, I was worried I would lose my life but it was all JUST side effects, not real damage so stay calm, I wasn't calm and that made everything worse. KENALOG-40 (TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE): This medication is used in a variety of conditions such as allergic disorders, arthritis, blood diseases, breathing problems, certain cancers, eye diseases, intestinal disorders, collagen and skin diseases. Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of triamcinolone, especially if it is to be injected near your spine (epidural). Rare but serious side effects may occur with epidural use. Triamcinolone acetonide is known as a corticosteroid hormone (glucocorticoid). It works by decreasing your body's immune response to these diseases and reduces symptoms such as swelling.
