The first month of when my period was due it came about the same day when it had to but then it wouldnt’ stop. My ovaries were in so much pain. I rather have my allergies then this. It’s been a roller coaster. Sometimes I just want to die or kill myself because of how I feel. I still haven’t develop an atrophy. God forbid it from happening 🙏🏻 . I am very paranoid. Please stay away from this poison . Went to see a different doctor snd he said that a long time has passed. That I need to be better but I still feel wierd at times and that the atrophy shoul’ve happened already if it would happen at all. Hope he is right. But we should all fight for what they did to us. I had some scars from last year car accident and they were not so pretty so I decided to go to laser scar treatment. Doctor told me that I have to take one injection before laser which will soften and bright the scars. Doctor didn't mention that injection was cortikosteroid!!! She gave me double dosags, 80grams and after 15days another 80grams!! 7days after that I staryed bleeding for 46days non stop! Big blood flowing, cramps, constant bleeding. I am taking hormonal pills now to regulate menstrual ciclus!!! I had muscle myopathy from steroid and on training my muscle torn up!!! I got sugar in blood high, gain weight! Kenalog madd HUGH DENTS IN MY BUTT, I have to go to plastic surgery now !!! I was depressed, having suicide thoughts, had panic attack! In the UK you have to find a Private GP will to administer the injection and are only allowed a maximum of 2 per year. I normally have mine in late February and early May. The effectiveness is very good for about 4 weeks and then tapers off for another 4. It means I get about 5 months of relief from Pollen. This is what doctors were taught to do and they will use what they learn even if it dose harm and provides no relief to pts. | I had no idea this kenalog 40 was so lethal as doctor did not warn me. He knows I have liver problems and issues after my gallbladder was removed. I did not know kenalog was a hormone. If I had known kenalog 40 a steroid was a hormone I never would have gone through 2 injections in my SI joints. I told my doctor that I had hormone therapy that caused me health issues in 2015, so he should have warned me. Because of the so called opioid hysteria doctors are jamming injections down us pts. I would warn people not to use Kenalog -40, as these awful side effects are not worth it. Iam still waiting for the pain relief. I had an IM shot that rocked my body from the time I received it to still dealing with certain side effects 3 months after. After 7 days I ended up in the ER with neurological effects. These included dizziness and vertigo and at one point I felt like I forgot how to talk. I didn’t know what was going on and didn’t realize it was the kenalog, I thought I was having a stroke at one point. Nervousness and anxiety were through the roof and stiffness in my knees was debilitating. | The neurological side effects subsided after 2-3 weeks but the tingling and stiff joints lasted nearly three months. I will never take another depot shot and the amount of stress this has caused is not worth it. Wish I had found this page b4 I took the shot. I have had sev follow up appts and even seen a neurologist. No one can tell me what’s wrong but they all disagree that it’s the steroid that caused it. Funny how I had none of these symptoms until about day 3 after the shot and many of the same symptoms have been listed by countless others.
