Maybe I was retaining water and did not know it. I dont fall asleep as easily. | This stuff WORKS! I have only been taking it for 4 days * (started on 9/27/06) and I have lost 4 lbs . No craving, no hunger. My BIG concern though is about the possibility of heart valve damage . I took those pondimon, fen-phen weight loss pills back in the 90's and developed heart valve problems and pulmonary hypertension. Both conditions are in the mild stage. I have read that it is possible Tenuate can cause similar damage but not confirmed. I am not sure I want to risk having open heart surgery because of taking a diet pill.
